Rithmic demo connection

Hi,

I opened a demo feed with Rithmic. However I am not able to connect with bookmap to the demo feed.
I use bookmap 7.0 as a Global User
Anyone having the same issues?

Hi,
Could you please provide more details:
- what exactly is the message you are seeing?
- could you attach (or, better, send to me or our support team directly, since it will contain your login) this file: C:\Bookmap\Logs\rithmic-engine-log.000

It seems to be solved.
I contacted Rithmic Support and They fixed it.

I have the same issue.
While i'm connected to Rithmic demo feed, and trying to subscribe to a new instrument, Bookmap says that the instrument doesn't exist and remove it from the list.
So it can't be chosen anymore since it doesn't appear. Only one instrument is working: CLZ9.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, this instrument is already expired.
Try NGH0 or NGG0.
Please also review the symbol table with examples: https://bookmap.com/symbol-table/

Thanks it works by adding manually the instrument. But I can't seem to find how to add DAX / EUREX? The symbol table for Rithmic is not useful in this case.. Thanks again.

I am afraid Rithmic demo doesn't provide Eurex. It is available only for subscribers.
