CVD addon

Hi Zoli,
I am looking for a CVD indicator that has in addition to the one provided by Bookmap, a few extra features and some drawbacks removed
1. remove the vertical lines drawn on reset(capture1.jpg)
- I use a 30 second reset(capture2.jpg) and have difficulty reading the values
2. add an ability to draw a line to mark a level and/or set alerts on(capture3.jpg)
3. Good to have would be to draw this in the main chart lower section, that way eliminate the "sub chart" altogether. TTW has this for some of their indicators
