New version with:
- improved Transparency settings on all chart types, the changes are executed only when the setting slider is released,
- Heikin Ashi chart interval starts at rounded seconds, minutes
- Heikin Ashi bars draw on interval start time stamp and not into the middle of the range

Bug fixing version to fix occasional IllegalArgumentException on shape removal.
