B/E StopLoss + Payup Logic + KB Trading

1) Auto move to break even stop loss logic.

2) Pay Up logic, often referred to as "lean price"  that automatically reprices the order towards the market based on the liquidity of the opposite inside market. Can be applied either to limit entry and/or limit target orders.With a setting of 50 and attempting to buy on the bid..the logic will only try to "pay up" if and when the resting liquidity on the ask drops below 50 contracts.(vice versa for selling on the Ask)

3) Assignable trading Keyboard shortcuts.

Currently PayUp is for limit orders on entry or exit of position with the resting quantity logic
being local(user's computer) and not server side.

Volume Stop if we were to implement would also only be local and not server-side until
the Bookmap team implements Rithmic's conditional order capability into the API both for
limit and stop orders.
