Feature request Crypto Exchange APIs

Hi there

You guys should support getting data from ALL the valid constituent exchanges that make up the CF Benchmarks BTC NY reference rate for the BTC asset (this index formula is used by majority of the BTC spot ETFs to calculate asset price values & NAV for the funds)

Gemini and Paxos would be the most pertinent, imho.

Ideally, these should all be in the blended data btc-usd:MB:SP@BMD ticker connection.
