trading both live and sim at same time

Be able to open Bookmap and select sim for some accounts and Live trading from other accounts. This will also allow for one-click trading across all accounts.

+1. Ability to toggle between Real & Simulated would be a terrific enhancement. I would really like to practice on different markets/timeframes while trading Real on potentially one market or be able to switch markets between Real and simulated during the session. Possibly a window could pop up like it does with Cross trading to alert.
