HORIZONTAL GRID LINES AT X NUMBER OF TICKS

Ninja trader and all other platforms allow you to put HORIZONTAL GRID LINES on the chart background that are an X NUMBER of ticks apart.
It is great and useful for instantly GAUGE how much price is moving per oscillation.
Another feature is ALLOW THE GRID LINES TO BE COLORED BY THE CUSTOM NOTES SECTION.
I would love to have a tick price colored from the CUSTOM NOTES NUMBER
IF I HAVE AN IMPORTANT NUMBER from the Weekly or Daily time-frames it would be great if that number would color a HORIZONTAL GRID LINE OF THAT PRICE.
That way we know it is a price from that time-frame.
I don't know why CUSTOM NOTES numbers do not extend into the HEATMAP HORIZONTAL GRIDS.
It seems like it can be easily doable....
