Package to install Bookmap on Linux
Full Linux Support
Re: Full Linux Support
I definitely second that. I'm fine if it won't be in repository or as a standard installer. Even if it's just a tar that can be unpacked and used that would be enough for me. Right now running a Windows VM to use Bookmap is somewhat annoying.
Also it's sad that developers prioritized Mac which got a native version over Linux. Those who don't want to waste money on Mac or Windows license and are not comfortable with pirating Windows are not able to use Bookmap or develop something for Bookmap. And those who are comfortable with piracy probably will pirate bookmap too. Weird choice.

Re: Full Linux Support
We released a build for linux users. Check it in this topic https://www.bookmap.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=431
Please note that this is an experimental build and we do not guarantee to maintain it.
