Bookmap forum

Has anyone ran into an issue where the heatmap would stop updating. the speech alerts still work though. after opening the bookmap app for the first time it always shows this but with updated info but see where there are two versions of the heatmap the one on the left and the right http://s1.bookmap.com/?id=5da6fe7c90338 . it never updates even after changing the timeframe to where i could see the contrasting differences in the heatmap even with the slider all the way to the left to view every change it still doesn't update as it should. 

(update) the graph not moving was fixed by refreshing the graphs but the issue with not displaying all the contrasting differences on the heatmap is still an issue. i'm going to leave it open for the whole day to see if things change.

I've been trying to reproduce this one since yesterday but I still can't.
Need some info:
1) Is it relevant just to BitMEX or to any exchange?
2) BitMEX: do you use bitmex.com or testnet.bitmex.com server?
3) BitMEX: please reproduce it with BitMEX and send me your latest log file (at \Bookmap\Logs)
4) What is the Bookmap version you've taken the screenshot from (Help -> About -> Version)
