I can't connect to GDAX neither crypto

I've just downloaded the digital (free) version of Bookmap.

In your website I read that market data on crypto and gdax were available.

I tried to find market data on crypto on your software, but I couldn't. It seems it's not available.

I only can see data on AAPL or MSFT ...

Tell me if there is some way to access crypto data. Thx

Hi!  Please see this video how to connect Bookmap to Multiple providers. You need to configure GDAX connection as it is shown in the video.
Note that with the free version you are allowed to 1 instrument only, so you need to unsubscribe from other instruments prior to subscribing to GDAX

Ok ... I can't find in Bookmap folder (in my computer) any reference to "bookmap.zip" file ... that's to say ... to connect Bookmap with a simulated account in Ninjatrader.

It is usually located in C:\Program Files\Bookmap\NT  Please note that Digital subscription doesn't support futures, including NT, you need Global or Global + for it.

I installed digital (free) version of Bookmap.

I can't find the bookmap.zip file.

Please check C:\Program Files\Bookmap\NT folder and see this video. You need Global or Global+ if you want to connect BM to Ninja.

Few notes:
- the steps you seem to be discussing are about connecting to NinjaTrader platform. I'm not sure it's a good idea unless that's exactly what you want. I'd suggest to connect to crypto directly (either install a plugin via the menu, e.g. for Bitmex, or connect to an embedded one, like GDAX). To connect to GDAX just enable the provider and then subscribe to an instrument, e.g. BTC_USD. I see that you mentioned some problem you faced while doing that, so if it doesn't work - please describe in more details.
- If you still want to connect Bookmap to Ninja (which I do not recommend since you are introducing a more complicated data processing chain that can (and often will) negatively affect data quality - use direct connection instead where possible) - indicator archive is "C:\Program Files\Bookmap\NT\BookMapIndicator.zip" for NT 7 and "C:\Program Files\Bookmap\NT\BookMapIndicator.v8.zip" for NT 8. It's only relevant if you actually want to get data from NinjaTrader.
