Re: Bookmap stability
Well, production 7.3 should be stable enough, at least I would expect it to be fine. Could you send me any details on the crash? E.g. if you reported the errors - you can send me first 4 letters of your license key in a private message.

Re: Bollinger Bands Indicator
Hm, I believe the intention of the interval was to be tied to round values when possible - we'll need to check. In either case, you can use core API (instead of simplified) and calculate larger intervals yourself (you'll get callbacks every 50ms or so). You can likely do the same trick in the simpli...

Re: Inconsistent Depth and MBO data
Hi, I'm not sure my assumptions above are correct here. Your example with ES and MES makes me think I'm wrong (at least for some instruments). We do not filter out or augment the MBO data, so that's basically what we receive. As for why we receive it this way - I don't really know at this point. You...

Re: Inconsistent Depth and MBO data
Rithmic includes that in the depth (MBP) data, but I don't think it's available as MBO. I don't think you can get this information as MBO at this point (at least not through current version of Bookmap)

Re: Inconsistent Depth and MBO data
Hi. Inconsistent or MBO missing completely? I believe for some exchanges there is simply no MBO. Also I believe MBO does not include implied order book.

Re: Rithmic issues
Hi. You've subscribed to an expired instrument, ESM2 expires today, so there is very little activity by now. Use ESU2 instead (just enter it in the subscription dialog into the Symbol field)

Re: Apple Silicon M1 native scolution for the mac
Hi. Just wanted to update you on the current status: right now we are somewhat blocked by an issue with OpenGL support on M1 macs. Specifically, if compiled with M1 toolchain neither our code nor one of the Apple's own demos (which is kind-of similar to what we are doing) does not work. We have repo...

Re: Ask/Bid not correct?
You can try older builds to check my words, but you are most likely to have the same exact experience (however if it turns out old builds will work while new don't - please let me know which builds exactly and we'll investigate the difference). It's not the first time we see this issue, and unfortun...

Re: Heatmap Dimming slider
If I'm not mistaken, dimming is 7.3+ feature as it's a relatively new one. You need to manually install 7.3 (currently it's https://bookmap.com/current/beta )

Re: Heatmap Dimming slider
Please check which version/build exactly you are running (in Help->About). We have a rollout mechanism that does not provide every build to all via auto update unless you select corresponding option (something like "get builds early"), and we don't automatically offer updates between major versions ...
