Heatmap zoom bug (inaccurate bid & ask lines)

The bid & ask lines disappear on some zoom levels. Here are a couple examples. In this example zooming out hides the bid & ask lines. The volume bubbles appear to float above the bid & ask: link Here the zooming out hides some of the local lows, again you have to zoom in to see the real price that w...

Re: Tile windows.Proposal

I'm also a fan of using multiple monitors, and I usually have >10 bookmap windows on different monitors & TVs. If you want to dedicate more space to the heatmap you can easily hide the COC/COB/ASK/SVP columns on the right, and tile several windows like in your 2nd picture. Your 2nd picture separates...

Re: VWAP Standard Deviation Indicator

Dear Rainmakersg, The operating system and the installed Java Runtime time zone might not be set correctly, therefore the time zone based reset time might be off with the time zone offset. (The plugin gets the time zone from the Java runtime and calculates the reset time accordingly.) You can try t...

Re: Heatmap bug

Hi @AndreyR I sent you an email with the data feed last Friday & some pointers on how to reproduce the heatmap bug. Let me know if you need anything else.

Thank you so much. It would be great if you could reproduce that while replaying a feed file. We need the file to reproduce the bug and to fix it.
Sounds good, I save all feed files so it shouldn't be a problem.

I'll send an email to support with the feed file later today.

It looks like one of the newer API versions adds ability to exit position. We just didn't make use of it when we migrated to that version in spring of this year. We'll try to start using this new method in nearest future.

That's great news, thank you for checking!

Heatmap bug

I ran into a heatmap scale bug. The live feed includes a gap when the 6E CME market was closed for 1 hour. Whenever the gap is included in the heatmap the it's scale does not make sense. Let me know if sending you the data feed will make fixing this easier. I experience this for all symbols. Is it p...

Re: Flatten button entered a trade

Thank you, I've sent the log files & the bmo & bmf files to the support email. If it was just a misclick, I can look into the 3rd party bookmap shortcut plugins in the bookmap marketplace. I really don't want to have to look away from the heatmap to click on a button with my mouse. The 2nd possibili...

Flatten button entered a trade

I want to report a potential bug. I say potential, because I'm not 100% it's an issue in Bookmap, it might have been a misclick so I wanted to verify it with you. Here's a report of what I experienced: I was trading 1 contract long of ES on the CME through Rithmic. I had entered a short position wit...

Re: MBO bundle voice & text alerts bug

Hi @ serg Did you manage to reproduce the bug? For other users who experience the same problem, here's a workaround to get SI alerts to work: Every time you restart Bookmap and load a saved workspace, go through every single bookmap tab / window, click on the SI indicator settings and make a change....
