Is it possible to add leverage slider in bookmap bitmex adapter? Because now it is super annoying, having to log in into bitmex to change leverage. Also after a bit of time, it always resets to zero. So would save quite some time to be able to change leverage in bookmap.

Definitely would love to see ability to trade on bybit via bookmap. Bybit is one of the top exchanges, so eagerly waiting for live trading. The sooner, the better... because major bybit competition is starting August 14th, if there is any chance to have live trading by then, it would be amazing :) I...
