Write an API
Hello, If you have experience developing indicators and if you would take a look at creating a new one, I would appreciate your help. The task is to take a column of numbers on a Bookmap screen and add them together to provide a total. The goal will be to sell it on the BM marketplace. I can be con...

Summing a column of numbers on a Bookmap screen
It would be useful to be able to take a column of numbers on a Bookmap screen and add them together to provide a total. There would be many areas where such a function would be useful, e.g., summing COB columns or delta for bid vs ask data. If I can assist, please do not hesitate to contact me at...

Seeking programmer for API
Hello, Do you know of someone who might design an API program for me? I need someone with the skill to write a small program and don't know where to start to find someone. It does involve using a Bookmap indicator, and I saw your name connected with this type of expertise in a Bookmap forum so it...

Re: Chart Mania
Dear Zoltan, I contacted Bookmap tech support per our last thread entry. Here is what the reply said: Hi Tom, Could you please send a screenshot of that error message regarding license you get and also please send us the below log files to check with the developers: - C:\Bookmap\Logs\rithmic-eng...

Re: Chart Mania
Thanks for the reply Zoltan, I did purchase it from Bookmap and got as far as downloading the file without trouble. It didn't need to be unzipped, and was in the download folder where it should be. In Bookmap I clicked on Settings, then Configure Add-ons,then directed Bookmap to look for it in the ...

Re: Chart Mania
Hello, Would it be possible to help me with installation of this indicator? I'm having trouble configuring it to work. After clicking configure addons, and clicking the Add button, Bookmap finds the downloaded file without trouble. When I click on the downloaded file though, it gives the message...

Trailing stop
It would be great to have a simple way to set a trailing stop that would move with price, e.g., a sell order that moved upwards with a long entry. I read everything in the Bookmap manual I could find and tried experimenting (in simulation) with different order types, and nothing seemed to be workin...

Reviewing trade decisions with third party software
Hello, Has anyone attempted to utilize exported data from Bookmap to evaluate their trades? The replay capability is amazing, but I am looking for something that would take less time to evaluate the training decisions I made. Just wondering if anyone has had success with other programs for reviewing...

Re: Market Profile Users (Half Back)
A mid-line would be a very welcome addition. FT71 uses it as a basis for pullback entries in his morning pre-market talks (Trader Bite on You Tube, free to the public). It is cited much more often than vwap (which he does not use) in his presentations.
